High Protein Breakfasts Under Five Minutes

Breakfast is the important meal of the day and should not be skipped. The energy level of a person depends on how healthy breakfast he/she had in the morning. But this meal of the really needs to be done quickly because of the busy schedules everybody have. And also one must take a breakfast packed with proteins to keep full for longer. So in this post, let’s have a look on some high protein breakfasts, which can be done in 5 minutes. For getting a good amount of protein, including eggs, milk, yogurt, cheese and lean meats in your morning meal helps a lot.

Eggs are the first option as they are quick to make and tasty to have. Simply have boiled eggs with a cup of milk or scrambled eggs with a brown bread toast. You can also have an omelet with some veggies. Overnight Oats is an another option which is the quickest amongst all. Simply prepare the oats mixture by mixing with yogurt/curd in a mason jar and refrigerate it overnight. Next morning grab the jar and add your favorite fruit, honey and half a spoon of cinnamon powder. This will take less than 5 minutes and keeps you full for longer.

Peanut Butter is another best option to get protein in the morning. Just apply a spoon full of peanut butter to the toast and your breakfast is ready in less than five minutes. You can always make protein shakes for the breakfast which are quick and easy. Cottage cheese or paneer is high in protein and you can simply make scrambled paneer or paneer bhurji and have it with leftover chapati or pulka. Your breakfast with Indian twist is ready. Otherwise, you can use this as a stuffing to your sandwich.
